Russian military launched eight attacks in northern Kharkiv region and six in the Kupiansk direction since the start of the day
According to the report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at 16:00, the occupiers unsuccessfully attacked the defensive positions of Ukrainian units near Volchansk, Kazachya Lopan, and Hoptivka in the Kharkiv direction. In the Kupiansk direction, defenders repelled three attacks near Pyschany, Kolesnykivka, Lozova, Zahryzovo, Novoheorhivka, with another three battles ongoing.
Among the settlements affected by artillery and MLRS fire is Tymofiivka in Kharkiv region.

More than 2 billion UAH allocated in the state budget-2025 for metro construction in Kharkiv
This information is noted in the annexes to the law on the state budget, which has already been signed by Zelensky.
The financing for the continuation of the third metro line construction in Kharkiv comes from loans from international financial organizations. These funds are attracted by the government into a special fund of the state budget and are subsequently transferred to Kharkiv's budget as subsidies.
The total loan amount is 320 million euros: 160 million is provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and 160 million by the European Investment Bank. The state budget for 2025 includes the attraction of 1 billion 435 million UAH from the EBRD and nearly 655 million UAH from the EIB.

"It is thanks to the people who serve in them that we learn about air raid alerts. They are the 'eyes' of air defense. They monitor the sky and ensure coordination between aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, mobile fire groups, and electronic warfare units. Since February 24, more than 50 thousand air raid alerts have been declared," the publication states.

More than a hundred soldiers and one artillery system — Russian losses in northern Kharkiv region over the past day
The operational situation has not changed significantly and remains complex. The SOU continue to hold back the pressure from the occupiers, reports the Kharkiv City Territorial Community.
In the past day, the enemy lost 104 soldiers, including 47 killed and 55 wounded, with two others taken captive. The enemy also lost 20 units of weapons and military equipment, specifically: one artillery system, six vehicles, two units of special equipment, and 11 UAVs. Additionally, 36 personnel shelters and a munitions storage site were destroyed.

Forced evacuation of children with families from Borova has been completed
As reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Synegubov, the last child was evacuated the day before, thus all 119 minors have been evacuated from the settlement.
Recall that the forced evacuation of children with families was announced from 28 settlements in the Borova community. This decision was made on November 13 at a meeting of the Regional Defense Council. Synegubov mentioned that a total of 93 children with families were subject to evacuation from the villages of the Borova community.

One person died from shelling in Kharkiv region over the past day
As informed by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Synegubov and the regional police department, around 16:00 in the settlement of Kovsharivka in the Kupiansk district, a 74-year-old man died as a result of a FAB-500 hitting the household territory.
At 14:10, air defense forces eliminated a Russian drone in the city of Lyubotyn, and at 11:26 — in the village of Kramarivka in the Izium community.
At 11:00, as a result of a KAB strike on the village of Podoly in the Kupiansk district, a private house and an outbuilding were damaged.

Russian military attacked seven times in northern Kharkiv region over the past day and eight times in the Kupiansk direction
According to the report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at 08:00, in the Kharkiv direction, the enemy stormed the areas of Kudyivka, Hluboke, Volchansk, and Tykhe, while in the Kupiansk direction — near Kolesnykivka, Lozova, Pervomaiske, and Zelenyi Hai.
The aggressor also carried out an airstrike on Kovsharivka.

"On the morning of November 30, fog will persist in the first half of the day across the region and city, with visibility of 200-500 meters," the Regional Center for Hydrometeorology warns.

At the same time, the Institute for the Study of War does not confirm any success of Russian troops in northern Kharkiv region on November 27, 28, and 29.
"On November 28 and 29, Russian milbloggers claimed that Russian forces achieved minor successes in Volchansk amid fighting in urban areas; that battles continue near Liptsy, and that forces operating along the Kazachya Lopan-Slatino line have intensified over the past two weeks. ISW has not observed confirmation of Russian successes in these areas," ISW noted.
