Updated at 10:55. The city mayor reported that there is one known casualty due to the shelling. The individual is experiencing an acute stress reaction. Meanwhile, the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Synegubov, shared details about those who received medical assistance.

“A 19-year-old male approached the medical staff with an acute stress reaction,” he clarified.

“In the Kholodnoyarsky district, the windows of a private house were damaged. No injuries reported,” Synegubov specified.

“Windows were shattered, and a fence was damaged. There is no information about injured or deceased individuals,” the mayor wrote.

According to Mayor Igor Terekhov, the enemy targeted the city with a UAV known as “Molniya.”

“Preliminary information suggests that the ‘Molniya’ UAV hit the private sector in the Kholodnoyarsky district. We are clarifying the details,” Terekhov added.
