A guy in Kharkiv set a train car on fire: find out the reasons behind his actions (photos included).

A 15-year-old boy has been notified of suspicion for setting fire to a train carriage in Kharkiv under part 2 of Article 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional damage to someone else's property by arson).

On September 15 of this year, the suspect, who was at the railway station in Kharkiv, decided to have some fun, informs the regional prosecutor's office.

According to the investigation, the boy's motives were hooliganistic. Using a pre-prepared key, he opened the door of one of the train carriages and climbed inside. There, he set fire to some items, causing a fire. The boy recorded the incident on his smartphone and later sent the video to administrators of one of the Telegram channels, who published it.

The damage was estimated at over 700,000 hryvnias. The issue of choosing a preventive measure is being resolved.
