Regarding the consequences of the shelling by the Russian Federation – injuries and destruction, reported in the morning summary for December 3, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Synegubov.

On the morning of the previous day, the enemy struck the Kupiansk district. As a result of the shelling from a multiple launch rocket system in the village of Prystin, an 80-year-old woman was injured, and five private houses were destroyed, the head of the regional administration reported.

“22:00 Kupiansk district, Kupiansk territorial hromada, city of Kupiansk. As a result of the shelling from a multiple launch rocket system, 7 private houses were damaged,” Synegubov wrote.

Additionally, during the day, 49 people were evacuated from the settlements in the Borivskyi and Kupiansk directions.
