On the previous day, reports indicated that Russians were terrorizing Kupiansk, as reported in the morning brief on January 30 by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov.
Around noon, an FPV drone attacked Kupiansk, damaging a private home in the city. Shortly after, in Cherkasky Tishky, a "Geran-2" UAV damaged a power line.
“12:20 Kupiansk district, Kupiansk territorial community, city of Kupiansk, near the stele at the entrance to Kupiansk. An FPV drone hit an ambulance vehicle. Three emergency medical workers were injured: a 43-year-old driver, a 26-year-old doctor, and a 41-year-old paramedic,” Synegubov reminded.
At 14:15, another "arrival" was recorded in Kupiansk – as a result of shelling, a fence was damaged, and the impact occurred on the ground.
