Within a day, it was clarified by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv region, three fires broke out in the region due to Russian shelling.

Initially, drones struck the Novobavar district in Kharkiv.

“As a result of the shelling, a large-scale fire occurred over an area of 1500 sq. meters. Production facilities were ablaze. At 02:36, the fire was localized, and efforts to extinguish it are ongoing, with more than 80 rescuers and 20 units of emergency service equipment involved. According to preliminary reports, 2 people were injured,” – the State Emergency Service specified.

Additionally, in the early morning, Russian forces shelled the region: “hits” were recorded in Kharkiv and Chuhuiv districts. Preliminary reports suggest that Russian armed forces also launched drones.

“In the village of Lohachivka in the Kharkiv district, a private house was destroyed by an explosion, with remnants catching fire over an area of 150 sq. meters. Furthermore, 4 nearby private houses sustained damage. 3 people were injured. In the village of Pyschane in the Chuhuiv district, as a result of a drone hitting a private house, there were damages and a fire covering an area of 50 sq. meters. Fortunately, there were no casualties,” – they added in the State Emergency Service.
