“Work is ongoing near the damaged high-rise building in the Kyiv district, as well as in the central part of the city. The utility workers are clearing broken glass and large debris,” the mayor's office noted.

According to the city council, the attack damaged 11 buildings in the Kyiv and Shevchenkivskyi districts. A total of 639 windows in apartments were shattered, along with another 53 in common areas. As of 11:00, the utility workers had secured nearly half of the affected areas.
