The utility services are continuing to address the aftermath of the nighttime "arrival" in Kharkiv, reports the city hall.
As a result of the nighttime drone attack in the Kyiv district, five houses were damaged, and over 180 windows were shattered, as confirmed by the city council.
“Employees of the utility companies immediately began to mitigate the consequences. In particular, workers from the Kharkiv Repair and Construction Enterprise are quickly boarding up the broken windows,” noted the press service of the Kharkiv City Council.
As of 04:00, approximately 20% of the shattered windows in the buildings have been boarded up, and 100% in common areas.
It is worth noting that an explosion in Kharkiv occurred on March 2 at around 22:00. Shortly after, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, reported on the "arrival" in the city center, while Mayor Ihor Terekhov added that the Russians struck a multi-story building in the Kyiv district. Due to the drone attack, a fire broke out in the building, and the number of injured rose to eight, including a seven-year-old child.
