Residents are leaving the village of Kutykovka, located near Dvurechna in the Kharkiv region. This trend was reported by the head of the Kupiansk RVA, Andriy Kanashievich, during a national marathon broadcast.
“We are observing a situation where the increase in shelling is prompting people to leave. We can see this now in the Dvurechanska community, where shelling has intensified, and there have been increased active actions from enemy FPV drones. Just yesterday, a woman was injured from such a drop. There are nearby settlements to Dvurechna, such as Kutykovka, where people had not left for a long time, but in the last few days, following the escalation of shelling, the number of applications to the Coordinating Humanitarian Center has increased. We have information that 12-15 people have left from this settlement in just one day recently,” Kanashievich reported.

Previously, military analyst Konstantin Moshovets from the "Information Resistance" group and the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) likely retreated from the right bank of the Oskil River to the R-79 road (Dvurechna – Kupiansk) and are consolidating their positions along it. Additionally, the DeepState team noted over the weekend that the Russian Armed Forces are gradually advancing in Dvurechna itself, and analysts appealed to the Ukrainian command about the need to pay attention to this section of the front.
Kanashievich asserts that the situation on the front in the Kupiansk area is under control.
“Undoubtedly, we hear the front line, as always, we hear that the shelling there does not stop and is ongoing. Therefore, in general, if we talk about the situation, it essentially remains unchanged. The enemy is trying to carry out the same actions in the same directions as before, trying to establish themselves in positions. Our Armed Forces are providing a worthy response. And the front line that we have established remains more or less stable, constant, and controlled,” said the head of the RVA.
According to him, about 1,700 people still remain on the left bank of the Oskil who have not evacuated. On the right bank, in the evacuation zone, there are approximately 6,900.
