Prosecutors in Kharkiv are investigating nearly 27,000 crimes committed by Russians, including bombings, murders, and rapes.

About 18,000 of these are related to shelling and bombings of civilian infrastructure, reported the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office.

There have been 105 recorded murders and 456 cases of unlawful deprivation of liberty. Prosecutors have documented over 2,700 instances of looting by Russian soldiers.

At least 20 cases of rape have been established – Russians have assaulted girls and women, with the youngest victim being 16 years old and the oldest 73 years old.

During the course of the full-scale war, 139 individuals have already been reported as suspects in these cases, including 98 Russian military personnel, 2 mercenaries from a private military company, 28 members of illegal armed formations from the "L/DNR", 10 Ukrainian citizens, and one Russian citizen.

Indictments have been sent to court against 99 individuals. Nine guilty verdicts have been issued, resulting in the conviction of 11 Russian soldiers, 2 mercenaries from a private military company, and 1 participant from the "DNR".

Due to the full-scale invasion by Russia, 2,809 people have officially died in the Kharkiv region over three years, including 95 children. A total of 6,110 individuals have been injured, of which 459 are children.

As a result of Russian shelling, more than 77,500 objects have been completely or partially destroyed, including over 37,000 residential homes, more than 7,000 multi-story buildings, and nearly 1,200 facilities for public leisure, education, healthcare, and social protection.
