Three years ago, on March 1, the Russian army struck the center of Kharkiv with cruise missiles, hitting the OVA building and nearby civilian structures.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, reminded that as a result of the attack, 44 people lost their lives.
“The enemy has not been able to capture the city of Kharkiv, and for three years of full-scale war, has continuously terrorized defenseless people out of desperation, shelling civilian infrastructure and architectural monuments. We will rebuild everything,” noted Synegubov.

Let us recall that on March 1, 2022, the Russian army launched a cruise missile attack on the Kharkiv OVA building. The building located at 64 Sumskaya Street partially collapsed, and several vehicles that were passing by or parked nearby were also destroyed, while the blast wave overturned the "Everything for Victory" tent in Freedom Square. The traitor who directed the enemy missile received a sentence of life imprisonment with asset confiscation.
