Three people dead and several injured: an Iskander missile struck Shevchenkove in the Kharkiv region.

In the village of Shevchenkove in the Kupiansk district, where three individuals lost their lives and several others were injured, Russian forces reportedly launched a missile strike using the "Iskander-M," according to the National Police in the Kharkiv region.

According to law enforcement officials, as a result of the enemy attack around 3:00 PM, more than ten private residential houses, fences, and garages were damaged.

“One civilian woman sustained injuries that were incompatible with life. Another woman died while being transported to a medical facility. A civilian man also suffered fatal injuries. Additionally, three local residents, including two women and one man, were injured,” the police reported.

Previously, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, stated that the villages of Shevchenkove and Dvurechna in the Kupiansk district had come under fire from the Russian army. In Shevchenkove, two women aged 67 and 65, as well as a 33-year-old man, were killed.
