A man was poisoned by carbon monoxide during a fire in Kharkiv, according to details from the State Emergency Service.
Within a 24-hour period, firefighters extinguished 11 blazes, and there were no reported incidents of fires caused by shelling, as confirmed by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

Over the course of a day, firefighters extinguished 11 fires, and no incidents caused by shelling were reported, clarified the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.
However, at 18:36, there was a domestic fire in an abandoned building in the Novobavar district of Kharkiv.
“The area of the fire was 50 square meters. During firefighting operations, rescuers saved a 67-year-old man who suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning and was hospitalized. The cause of the fire is under investigation,” – the State Emergency Service added.
Additionally, pyrotechnicians discovered and neutralized 11 explosive devices.
