The story of a family drama in which a man threatened his partner was reported by the National Police in the Kharkiv region.

Police officials state that a 48-year-old woman had contacted them multiple times. She reported that her 53-year-old partner regularly argued and threatened her with physical harm.

“Officers from the domestic violence prevention sector of the Kharkiv RUP No. 2 have repeatedly responded to calls at the residence of the 53-year-old offender,” the law enforcement agency noted.

They consistently drafted reports, and the man faced administrative penalties. However, this did not yield any results—arguments and conflicts continued.

“The domestic violence prevention sector has gathered materials, which have been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under Article 126-1 (domestic violence) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the police stated.
