In the morning briefing on January 3, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, reported on the destruction caused by shelling in the Kharkiv region.
At 07:22 AM, Russian forces struck Bohodukhiv, and according to Synegubov, a fire broke out in the city.
“January 3, 07:22 Bohodukhiv district, city of Bohodukhiv. As a result of the shelling, a hangar of a civilian enterprise is on fire. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties,” – wrote the head of the Regional State Administration.
Earlier, around noon, strikes were reported in Borshcheva – there were no damages or injuries. Later, the Izium district was affected – in Borova, an educational and sports institution, along with other infrastructure, was damaged.
In the evening, the Russian Armed Forces continued to strike the Bohodukhiv district.
“16:10 Bohodukhiv district, Zolochiv community, village of Okop. Two KABs hit open territory outside the village. No damage reported. 21:16 Bohodukhiv district, Zolochiv community, village of Zolochiv. Strike on open territory. Five private households, a utility building, and energy networks were damaged,” – Synegubov added.
