A series of explosions were heard in Kharkiv the day before, on December 18, around 10:30 PM – the Russian Federation was striking the region.
On the morning of December 19, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, reported that there were injuries as a result of the strikes in Tsyrkuny.
“As a result of the enemy shelling in Tsyrkuny, four people were injured,” the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration wrote.
Let us remind you that around 10:30 PM, residents of Kharkiv heard a series of explosions. Later, Oleg Synegubov mentioned that the enemy was shelling from artillery near Tsyrkuny. At that time, an air raid alert had already been in effect in the Kharkiv region since 7:51 PM. Meanwhile, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine only reported the movement of an enemy UAV towards Kharkiv around 10 PM.
